President & Owner
Peter A Jewett
Peter brings his 40+ years of experience in construction, field work, estimating and project management to the Company. Peter has acted as construction manager on numerous projects that include ground up construction, alterations, renovations and tenant fit outs with total single project costs from $50,000 to $15,000,000. He has estimated, prepared bids and developed budgets for lump sum, GMP and cost plus construction projects throughout the Tristate area. Peter has negotiated the buy-out of subcontractors and materials and the awarding of subcontractor contracts and supplier/materialmen purchase orders. He handles the preparation of spread sheets to oversee and compare actual and budgeted project costs. Peter reviews all subcontractor payment application and prepares requisitions to the clients for payment.
Vice President of Project Management
Jamie Caporuscio
Jamie brings 10+ years of experience in construction, project management, personnel management and property maintenance. He has directed the construction on more than $15,000,000+ of various projects including tenant fit out, ground up construction and renovations and alterations. Jamie has handled all facets of project management including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, payment requisitions and owner relations. He has maintained and repaired all mechanical equipment including pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC and electrical systems. Jamie has consulted on the alterations and ground up construction of car washes.
Vice President of Operations
Connor Jewett
Connor brings 7+years experience in construction, project management, personnel management, fleet management, property maintenance, commercial real estate, environmental due diligence and remediation. He has directed the construction on more than $10,000,000+ of various projects including tenant fit out, ground up construction and renovations and alterations. Connor is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction on various projects simultaneously for many of our commercial and residential building clients. Experience includes drafting proposals, acquiring permits, managing multiple subcontractors on site and closing out projects. Connor is a graduate of Ramapo College of NJ and completed his project management certification. Connor also serves as our safety manager and holds various OSHA certifications and is a Certified Environmental Specialist, aiding in various remediation projects.
Project Superintendent
Dominick Tabbachino
Dominick is responsible for the daily operations of the various projects, meeting with subcontractors and sets up the weekly schedules with our clients. Dominick also has his degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Wayne Bockhorn
Wayne is responsible for the daily operations of the various projects, meeting with subcontractors and sets up the weekly schedules with our clients. Wayne has a background in information technology which has be influential to increasing our efficiencies.
